Whatever course is chosen, the registration fees are 70 euros. This amount includes subscription, documentation, photocopies and supplied books.
At the time of registration, you must pay a non-refundable deposit (200 euros for a registration of less than 3 months or 400 euros for more than 3) which will be deducted from your account.
The accommodation administration fee is 50 euros. |

 Come to the Alliance Française de Rouen in the week before the start of the course. The office is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Here is the list of documents that will be requested : |
| • One piece of identity (identity card, carte de séjour or passport with visa covering the duration of your studies). |
| • A disclaimer to the Alliance Française and host family if you are less than 18 years old. |
| • Payment receipt, if you have done a pre-registration. |
| • 2 identity photos. |

IMPORTANT
The Alliance Française reminds students holding a long stay visa before requesting a carte de séjour from the Préfecture that they must settle all school fees for the first 3 months.
Additionally, when cancelling course registration, the total of the pre-registration deposit is in no case refundable. |
